Australia

Free shipping Australia wide for orders over AUD$100.  The delivery fee for an order between AUD$30 and AUD$100 is $5.  The delivery fee for an order under AUD$30 is $2. 

Delivery to capital cities can be between 2 to 5 business days.  Regional areas can take between 3 to 8 business days.  Remote areas in Australia may take up to 10 days. 

If you have specific needs or have not received your parcel within 10 days, please contact customerservice@sirencall.com.au and we can assist you to track down the order.

Worldwide

Flat rate delivery of AUD$10 for all overseas orders up to 500 grams in weight.  The delivery fee will be based on the order weight and the destination country for all orders over 500 grams.

Delivery can be between 7-14 days.  Delivery times are not guaranteed.  If you have specific needs or have not received your parcel within 14 days, please contact customerservice@sirencall.com.au and we can assist you to track down the order.

Please note that the prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply.  For all orders shipped to countries outside of Australia, the purchaser will be responsible for all import duties, fees and taxes.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your purchase is not what you expected, you have the option of returning your items and we will issue you with a refund subject to the following conditions:

- If you return an item in its original condition requesting a refund within 28 days of receiving it.

- The cost of the return postage is at the customer's expense.
